How to Import

Together we are Strong!

All of us at Brothers in Granite hope that this message finds you and yours well. We’ve been following the news from around the world with a special care for our customers in other countries affected by this outbreak. Our hearts go out to you and we hope that you’ll not hesitate to reach out if there’s anything at all that we can do for you.

Along those lines we wanted to stress that we are here, socially distancing ourselves, but always available online or on the phone. We have had customers asking us every day if we are working down here — the answer is yes! We’re still receiving new blocks into our factory. We’re still running our automated polishing lines. We’re still uploading fresh bundles onto our website. We’re still here!

We actually think that our business model has some advantages for our customers in times like this. While everyone will be taking things slow until the situation stabilizes we feel that there will be a great opportunity for businesses ready to respond when demand picks up and Brothers is here for you. Spend the downtime browsing our website. Talk to us about shipping quotes or terms. Let us know if you have materials that you’d like to have available in a few weeks or a few months.

We just want to make ourselves available to help you, our friends and customers, however we can. Let’s work together, let’s keep our business ties strong, and let’s be ready to jump on the chance when it presents itself.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. Stay safe out there!
